On January 5, Vic Mignogna will appear on Otakast Network's weekly Monday night show, Ramen Radio. This is a great opportunity for any fans to ask questions regarding his character dubbing, music dubbing, etc. For those who don't know, Vic Mignogna plays several anime character dubbing roles, and is responsible for composing and even performing many English dubbed anime songs (such as the English version of Hikari E). He is most notable for producing and arranging music performed by such groups as DC Talk, Lisa Trammel, Awakened, and Rene McLauren. As far as anime goes, he is also notable for playing Edward Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist, Ikkaku (Bald guy) in Bleach, Broly in Dragonball Z, and Dark Mousy in DN Angel. He's appeared in almost one hundred English dubbed anime titles. He also performed the English dubbed songs "Towards the Light (Originally Hikari E)," "A to Z," "We Are!" "Byakuya ~True Light~," "Brothers," and "Dan Dan Kokoro Hikareteku."

The game has not been officially announced by Namco Bandai yet, but the magazine Shonen Jump has an info page about the title in their latest issue.

According to this picture, if its hard for you to read, it looks like it will be for the PS 2 only and will be out in the Spring of 2009. The developer will be CyberConnect 2.

First I want to say Happy New Years! I hope you guys all had a great time. Hopefully 2009 can lead to greater things for everyone. We will continue to work hard to provide Naruto to you fans. Anyways, since it is New Years Day, I do not believe there will be an episode airing tonight. The next episode should be out on the 8th.

Hey guys, we have made a few changes to the episodes page. We now have the AVI available for every Naruto Shippuuden episode. We're slowly going to add every episode in MP4 along with adding streams for each episode. Also incase you guys don't know, we do have the original Naruto episodes available too. We will be adding online streaming for all those episodes very soon as well. Right now you can access original episodes in RMVB format! We also added more links for Bleach too!

I don't expect there to be an episode on New Year's day however, there will be an episode on Christmas Day next week!

The new episode has just been released by Dattebayo. This week they managed to release it very early. We thank them for doing that. I know many of you were freaking out last week because of the late release. If you prefer downloading the file through torrent, click here to get the torrent. We currently only have the AVI up. I'll get the smaller MP4 and the online stream up as soon as possible.

We finally were able to get episode 86 and 87! I know may of you stayed up all night waiting for it to come out. If you checked Dattebayo's website, you could see the episode is not listed. However, they did sub the file. A very select few were able to obtain it. Don't ask us how we got it, I will never say. Anyways the titles of the episodes are: "Shikamaru's Genius" and "When You Curse Someone, You Dig Your Own Grave", this is a double episode. ENJOY!!!

Naruto finishes top 10 in search in 2008!

Staff openings!

With the release of the new version of Naruto Central comes a need for new motivated staff who want to help us grow. I've updated the "Staff Openings" page which can be found by clicking here. If you are interested in any of the jobs, please contact me by email. I would like to note this is not a paid job, you will be working as a volunteer. Every staff will have set goals they need to accomplish by a certain time-frame. At most staff probably dedicate 2 hours a week into what they do so the workload is not bad at all.

Q: Why can't I log in to my old account?
A: Chances are, your username has a space in it. We eliminated the use of spaces for usernames so when usernames were transferred over, those who have spaces' usernames automatically stopped working. We're trying to fix things by just removing the space in your username. If you are one of these users, then email me and we'll work on fixing it. We're currently having some problems editing members because one of administrative panels got messed up during the switch so there may be a slight weeks delay.

Q: Why is my images always getting deleted or rejected?
A: We check through all the images periodically to make sure all the images correctly fit the category that it is in. If it is not, then we delete it. When you submit an image, you must submit it into the correct category or it'll be rejected. Wallpapers have to be images of 800x600 or higher and must be standard wallpaper dimensions to be accepted. Hand Drawn art must be hand drawn art, if there is any computer editing to it, then it goes into Hand Drawn (Digitally Rendered). If its 100% computer made, then it is Digital Art. Cosplay is not you putting a Rasengan ball on your hand or turning your eyes into Sharingan eyes. Cosplay is dressing up as the actual person in the anime, so if its not that, then its not cosplay so it won't be accepted.

Q: Why is my profile picture being rejected?
A: Profile pictures are meant to be real pictures of yourself. If its not, it'll most likely be rejected. We obviously cannot determine if it is really you, but as long as its a real human being, we'll accept it. If you are uncomfortable showing your real self, you do not need to upload a profile picture. There is an AVATAR feature where you can upload anything, and those show up when you post comments and such.

The 85th episode of Naruto: Hurricane Chronicles otherwise known as Naruto: Shippuuden, has been released by the fansub group Dattebayo. We have downloaded the episode and put it up so you fans can download it through alternative means. This episode is entitled "The Terrifying Secret" for those who want to know.

Just a quick note to all, next week is Thanksgiving so there will not be an episode. There will be one the following week though, and it will be a double episode.

Some general notes! (READ)

Here are some general notes for you guys regarding the new member system so there is little confusion as to how things work.

1. Every user was transferred over to the new system. The only details of each user we transferred were the username, email, and password. Basically to recover your account, you will need to login, and fill in the additional details that are listed as soon as you login to your account. Once that is done, your account will be active. If you forgot your password, you can go to the "Forget Password" page to recover it.

2. Some users don't know where to access their control panel. The control panel is labeled as "Dashboard" located on the very top right corner of the site. That is where you can access all of the member features.

3. There is a difference between your display picture and avatar. Your avatar is what is shown when you post comments on the site. Your display picture is supposed to be an actual picture of you, though many of you may be reluctant to post yourself. Please try to refrain from putting weird pictures or inappropriate ones as your display picture, that is why staff have to verify your image before it shows up.

4. All gallery submissions have to be verified by staff. Please do not submit anything over and over again because you do not see it up. If it is not up within 24 hours, then it has been rejected, either because it does not fit in the correct category, the image is too small, or the image is stolen from someone else.

5. We are working on adding new features. There are some things we obviously need to still touch up on on this member system. Any suggestions would definitely be welcome. If you encounter any errors, please message me as well.

New Version Out!

Welcome to the brand new version of Naruto Central! We have completely revamped the whole site. The whole user-system is 100% brand new. Don't worry though, all existing members have been transferred over. Please take your time to check out all the brand new features the member system now has. I'm sure you guys will like it a lot more than before. I also encourage those who are not member of this site to register.

We'll be adding a few more things into the site this week, such as a feature allowing members to create their own quizzes and polls. Hopefully that'll be done in a couple days. We'll also fine tune a few other things on the site to make sure things run smoothly. If you see any problems with the site do not hesitate to email me: datboitom@gmail.com, so we can correct any problems.

The gallery system is 100% brand new and it lets user's post their own fanart, rate it, and we'll add some more features to it soon! Since this system is different, we had to remove all our existing images. The new system tracks down who submits images and such while the old one didn't. Anyways, if you have submitted images before, please submit them all again. Please don't submit the same images over again. We will verify each image before it comes up so do not keep sending the same ones over and over again.
